Terms of Service

This document is a legal contract between you and Lawtrepreneur Inc., regarding AlexLii, the software that you're about to use. Please read this agreement carefully before you start using the website and the Program.In summary, this agreement outlines:
- the rights (i.e. the license) to use AlexLii; and
- the warranties (the promises to you about the software) and what we're not responsible for (disclaimers).Your use of AlexLii means you are agreeing to the rules in this agreement.If you don’t agree with these rules, then you shouldn’t use AlexLii.

Key Definitions

"We" means Lawtrepreneur Inc., a Canada Corporation whose staft developed the technological workflows underlying AlexLii.You means the user of AlexLii, irrespective of whether you are an individual or a company using AlexLii.AlexLii means the electronic web-hosted software tool that is the subject of this Agreement and any subsequent error corrections or updates to the software.The Platform means the hosting services that host host AlexLii and any applicable end-user data (such as login details).

How You Can Use AlexLii

We will give permission (a license) for You to access the Program to use AlexLii via the Internet. This permission is on a non-exclusive basis. The licence will be renewed periodically in accordance with the billing period you've chosen.Upon payment of the fee, you will be entitled to reasonable use of the Platform under the Licence Grant. We reserve the right to impose additional charges at aour sole discretion if your use of the Platform is excessive.Features of AlexLii may vary from plan to plan. We reserve the right to change features of the plan at our sole discretion.We reserve the right to increase the periodic License Fee owed by You at any time upon giving thirty (30) days advance notice before the next scheduled renewal date of the license term. If You does not want to continue the License after receiving notice of any increased License Fee, we shall have the right to terminate this Agreement as set out below.

Billing Policy

Alexlii is a paid service. Accordingly, You will pay us the agreed fee or other consideration to access the Program as agreed between us. All amounts payable shall in the form agreed between us without deductions for taxes, assessments, fees, or governmental charges of any kind. These charges shall be your sole responsibility.Also if you exceed the reasonable bandwidth amount allowed, We may charge an additional License Fee for extra usage.
Staying in Our Program: If you got AlexLii as part of our special program (like our Modern Practice Accelerator), you need to stay in that program to keep using AlexLii.
Subscription Model: If you subscribed to AlexLii directly, we'll charge you the fee we mentioned when you signed up. If you stop paying, your access to AlexLii stops too.
Cancelling: If you want to cancel your subscription, just email us at the address we provided. Your cancellation will be processed according to the cancellation terms set forth on the applicable order form when you purchased the subscription to the Software.

Delivery

We are responsible for ensuring you have access to the Platform and the content being sought.

Modifications

Improvements: We’ll keep AlexLii updated and fix issues when they pop up.
Your Suggestions: We would love your feedback about the technology so that we can keep improving it. However if we do improve the Platform, we own these changes. Also if we do make improvements to AlexLii and those improvements somehow result in losses to you, you agree that we will not be liable for those losses.

Copies

Improvements: We’ll keep AlexLii updated and fix issues when they pop up.
Your Suggestions: We would love your feedback about the technology so that we can keep improving it. However if we do improve the Platform, we own these changes. Also if we do make improvements to AlexLii and those improvements somehow result in losses to you, you agree that we will not be liable for those losses.

Licence Fees and Payment

Improvements: We’ll keep AlexLii updated and fix issues when they pop up.
Your Suggestions: We would love your feedback about the technology so that we can keep improving it. However if we do improve the Platform, we own these changes. Also if we do make improvements to AlexLii and those improvements somehow result in losses to you, you agree that we will not be liable for those losses.

Software Protection

Improvements: We’ll keep AlexLii updated and fix issues when they pop up.
